3.2 Phone Number Usage

By providing your phone number and using our Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from Valet Rápido via Twilio. Your phone number is:

  • Stored securely in our Firebase database
  • Shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering SMS notifications
  • Used to contact you regarding your active valet service requests
  • Never sold or shared with third parties for marketing

3.3 Opting Out of SMS Notifications

You can opt out of non-essential SMS notifications at any time through your account settings. However, please note that certain transactional messages (such as service confirmations and critical status updates) are necessary for the operation of our Service and cannot be disabled.

To completely stop receiving SMS messages, you may reply "STOP" to any SMS message from Valet Rápido. This will disable all SMS notifications, which may impact your ability to receive timely service updates.

3.4 SMS Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service usage. You may receive 3-6 messages per valet service request. Standard messaging and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
